UB-1500A Low Power Linear DC Micro Spot Welder

The UB-1500A linear DC micro welder provides unsurpassed levels of control for resistance micro welding and thermocompression bonding.

With a max output of 1500 A, UB-1500A is a linear DC control with four feedback modes designed to adapt to part and process variables. Built in the USA, the UB-1500A micro welding machine should be used for smaller applications where closed-loop feedback control and fast response times are required. Safety critical applications such as those found in the medical and automotive markets will benefit from UB-1500A’s precision low energy control.

UB-1500A features greatly improved waveform control and faster rise time, as well as new side-mounted buss bars with threaded inserts for mounting weld cables, simplified rear panel I/O connections, and an on/off switch on the front for increased convenience.
